The down sampling software that I used for a mp3 sample is Nero Wave Editor (accuracy)
i got it considerably in old days.
so the sound quality became a little bad (room temperature, sunlight, moisture).
but I think that i improved it a little.

Comments:
First of two Noel only appearences at the Point as Liam has a sore throat (Noel opens the show by announcing that "SOME of the boyd are back in town") - and also the first performance of Cigarettes & Alcohol here since 1996.
Big Things to Come is missing "Roll With It" and "Fade In-out" but these can be found on Where We Are
There is a "2nd Gen" Audience-shot DVD traded amongst collectors but a better quality VHS transfer has also recently surfaced from a collector.
This new transfer has got fantastic sound but is also sadly incomplete like other video sources.
Gig Reviews:
"As correctly stated this was the first night with Noel on solo vocal duty.
What a storming show this was, from beginning to end. The atmosphere was
amazing and the performance was electric. Earlier in the day we went to the
Guiness brewery and met this old bloke who wanted to sit with us. We said OK
and started chatting. He said that he was over here for the same reasons as
us to see Oasis. Why would somebody older than my dad go to see Oasis, we
were curious. Initially he would not say, but eventuallly told us that he
was Bonehead's dad (Ben) and he started to tell us about the bands previous
to Oasis. We had our photo taken with him and said we would see him there in
the VIP area as we were on a promise. When we got to The Point an
announcement was made that Liam had a bad throat and would not be performing
(we were later told less than 50 people asked for a refund). After picking
up our tickets and passes we headed for the downstairs standing area and had
a look around the venue (smaller than Wembley, but still reasonably big).
With Liam ill we felt that the set might be changed and we were not
disappointed with Cigarettes being welcomed back to the fold like a long
lost friend (why on earth did they drop this song?), there was a whole
acoustic section and although it was a short show for this tour, it was my
favourite of the tour. I don't remember much else about his show other than
playing lots of air guitar and getting uncharacteristically excited about
the whole event. Following the show we went to The VIP area and spotted Ben
who said hello and spent the rest of our time chatting to Bonehead's minder,
who knew me, but I did not know him. Bonehead signed our tickets and passes
(one signed Bonehead, the other Paul Arthurs) and gave his dad a bottle of
(Irish?) whiskey from Bono and we then went back to our hotel. What would
tomorrow's show be like???"
